Lynette Jackson, BAppSci (Animal Studies), Cert III Equine Nursing, Cert IV Veterinary Nursing, Diploma Leadership and Management

Lynette is an experienced equine veterinary nurse with over 15 years of experience in Equine Practice. After completing her degree in animal science, she started working in the breeding industry here in Australia and overseas. A role with Scone Equine Veterinary Hospital quickly developed Lynette’s passion for equine veterinary nursing, making the step to become a qualified veterinary nurse. Moving to the University of Melbourne Equine Centre in 2006 she continued to develop her skills as a nurse and the development of her leadership and management skills, becoming the Head Nurse.

In her current role as Team Leader, Lynette enjoys working with the team to ensure that services are offered at a high standard with a focus on continuous improvement.
